Each item is researched, dated and referenced where possible, so you can purchase with confidence that the items are genuine and of the highest quality. Payments can be made either by cheque or paypal. Postage and packaging is included in our price, and you can be assured that items are carefully packed. Packages will be shipped using Federal Express; goods should be received within 1 week. We offer a money back guarantee if items are not as described. We also guarantee a full refund of the purchase price if, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase. Please notify us by email within 10 days if receiving the purchased item and we will refund in full. The returned item must be returned to us in it's original packaging. Orders can also be cancelled anytime prior to the goods being dispatched. Due to the nature and age of our ceramics, restoration is sometimes unavoidable. However all our restoration is carried out by a very experienced team and is finished to the highest of standards.
